HBC is a main contractor for design and build projects. Starting from providing a comprehensive and original concept design for Villas, Palaces and residential buildings, our architectural design department provides all the needed drawings and documents to get DC1, DC2 and construction permits.

 

HBC has also a team of Civil  and Electromechanical Engineers in Qatar, France and Lebanon to provide structural, electromechanical and related design and executive drawings for our design and build projects. Our  construction department benefits also from this expertise which follows and manages all of our construction projects.

 

 

With an important network of consultancy firms based in Doha, we are able to approve our design and get the construction permits in a relatively short time respecting all  structural   and MEP Norms and Regualtions.
